Telefonista: Mesa atendedora Tipo Key System com recursos on-line do estado dos ramais, tronco, grupos, espera, reten\u00e7\u00e3o, etc..<\/p>\n

Outros atributos como o estado do CHAT, lista de liga\u00e7\u00f5es do ramal, Bilhetagem ( para os usu\u00e1rios deve haver permiss\u00e3o) , configura\u00e7\u00f5es diversas, etc..<\/p>\n

No modo gerencial O mesa PC disponibiliza os mesmos recursos da Telefonista, mas com o diferencial de o Gerente poder Ter um controle completo do tr\u00e1fego telef\u00f4nico atrav\u00e9s da Bilhetagem:<\/p>\n
